How to handle your day in the right way ?
It's hard for a lot of people to range their hours in the right way, especially workers and students, here in this article I'm going to give you some tips to arrange your schedule in the right way.
First let's agree that people are different from each other in the way they handle their everyday activity, for instant I am a person who likes to range my time based on hours not minutes, according to my expression, other people like to put a schedule based on minutes, and some people they don't put a schedule at all, and you notice that those types of people have a different way of thinking, some people are chaotic about their schedules but a lot of successful people belong to this type, which means it's not necessarily that if a person was random he's not successful, there's a lot of more factor that affect the way we range our time, on the other hand some people range there time very carefully but they fail eventually with their tasks.
Let's start with the tips :
First you have to know what you are going to do in your day from the minute you wake up but not in obvious details but in general, we have to know what you are going to do with your day.
schedules that are based on minute are not realistic, because sometimes we found ourselves in a situation that we are dealing with something we didn't expect, sometimes something so simple like urgent call, or when we are talking to someone and the conversation takes too long more than what we expected it to take.
Start with the task you like, and start with a task that doesn't take so long, you don't have to do what you hate takes so long at the beginning, that makes you upset and this task may take more than it should, because you're upset, and not thinking in the right way.
The first step in doing anything is the hardest one, because you have this fear inside you that stops you from starting your job or what you have to do, so at the first step you have to push yourself a little bit.
Don't let other people steal your time, if someone talks to you and this person takes so long, you could gently and the conversation by saying"I am sorry we have to talk later !".
And the most important factor in my view is to be honest with yourself, you have to consider your abilities, you don't have to put tasks in your day that you already knew that you're not going to do because simply you can't. sometimes the day is too short for some tasks and sometimes you're not skilled enough to do those tasks ,so be honest with yourself.
Priority of some tasks is so important, some tasks are very important and it should be done as fast as you can, but some tasks are also important but they are not urgent, and some tasks are not that important but you have to do them as fast as you can, and some tasks are not important and you don't have to do them in the meantime.
The way you think about tasks is very important ,it makes you able differentiate between what is important and what is not, the best way to do that is by imagining what could happen if you don't do that specific task, sometimes the outcome of not doing one single task is very disastrous, and sometimes not doing a task could be better for you.
